ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 379 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.691 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the de facto complainant is the mother-in-law to the 1st petitioner and at the time of celebration of the birth day of the 1st petitioner's son, a difference of opinion arose and the petitioners abused the de facto complainant in filthy language and assaulted. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely roped in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that it is a case and case in counter. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai, and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners 1 and 2 shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required and the 3rd petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
