Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the necessary bill amount towards the petitioner for the work done under the 4th respondent for laying thar road in Ward No.5 Peruchuthi Road and Ward No.13 Pattalamman Temple Road in Palamedu Town Panchayat based upon the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2024.
ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.K.Jayaseelan, Government Advocate, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.S.Ramsundarvijayraj, for the respondent , this Court made the following order:
This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to grant a further period of six months to the petitioners herein to comply with the order of this Court passed in WP(MD) No.20220 of 2024 dated 23.08.2024.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, time is granted for a further period of four months and accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered.

It is made clear that if the order of this Court passed in WP(MD)No.20220 of 2024 dated 23.08.2024 is not complied within the further period of four months from today, action will be initiated against the petitioners herein.
