Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 3 herein to remove the illegal encroachments made by the respondents No.4 and 5 in respect of the Public Water Channel situated in Survey No.50/1 situated at Melakallanthiri Bit-1, Alagar Kovil Road, Madurai District (North Side) vide Patta No.176 for an extent of 10 cents this land belonged to the Public Works Department, the PWD Pappankulam Kanmoi situated (North Side i.e. First Madai) is coming from the water from the Respondents No.4 and 5's land on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 10.01.2024 submitted in person and 16.01.2024 through registered post within the time stipulated by this Court.
