PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For anticipatory bail in cr.no. not known of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard both sides.

3.This Court by an order dated 08.05.2019 has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition that if a regular case is registered and the said order will become infructuous and the petitioner has to file afresh application. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the First Information has been registered in Crime No.13 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 468 of IPC.

5.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the order already passed by this Court dated 08.05.2019 has become infructuous and it is open to the petitioner to file fresh application.
