ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to transfer the investigation in Crime No.154 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent to the fourth respondent or any other agency.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the third respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report dated 17.05.2022 as charge abated, by holding that the deceased was responsible for the accident. He would further submit that RCS notice is yet to be served on the complainant.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to serve RCS notice 2/4

on the petitioner/defacto complainant and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the jurisdictional Court.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
