Heard Mr.S.Sathyachidambaram, learned Counsel for Petitioner and Mr.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for Respondent.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 37 days in filing the criminal revision case against the order passed in Crl.MP.No.332 of 2025, dated 22.09.2025 by learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur, Pudukottai District.
3. Mr.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), has stated that he has no objection in allowing this petition.
4. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 37 days in filing the above criminal revision case is condoned.
5. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision case, if it is otherwise in order.
