Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the time already granted is extended for a period of two weeks from today, on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the Headmaster, Government Higher Secondary School, Alathur, A/c.No.229601000004976, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this order shall automatically stands vacated without any further reference to this Court.
