ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody since 22.04.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) of IPC Crime No. 99 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to some dispute regarding damage of fishing net the petitioner abused the defacto complainant, assaulted him with aruval and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence the complaint.
3.The learned for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would also submit that the injured has been discharged from the hospital 4.Mrs.S.Bharathai, learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) takes notice for the respondent. She would also submit that there is no cases pending against the petitioner. Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with stringent conditions:
6.Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No,II Karur and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur, daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders.
