Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 498(A) I.P.C. and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No. not known of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)

3. Since no regular case has been registered and the petition was filed showing Cr.No.Not known, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners on 02.02.2015 till 16.02.2015 directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police.

4. Today, the respondent police have filed a status report, in which they have stated as follows:

"It is most respectfully submitting that as direction given by the Hon'ble High Court 1st bail petitioner Tr.Senthil signed before the Inspector of police, All Women Police Station, Tallakulam, Madurai City from 11.02.2015 at 10.00hrs.

It is most respectfully submitting that both parties Tr.Senthil/1st Bail petitioner and Tmt.Radha/Complainant were summoned and they appeared for enquiry on 12.02.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Proper counselling was given. Both parties made compromise each other and 1st Bail petitioner Tr.Senthil agreed to live with his wife without any quarrel. Complainant Tmt.Radha also expressed her willing to live with her husband/1st bail petitioner at his residence (ie) at K.Pudur, Madurai and the complainant asked to further action drop on her petition. Hence, this petition was closed."
