ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 03.12.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner is not cooperating with the investigation.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the investigation and submit all relevant records to the respondent Police. The respondent is directed to proceed further with the complaint. In case if there is any cognizable offence is made out, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law.
