By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.Heard Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs.V.P.M.Vaishnavi, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 26.08.2011.

3.The learned Government Advocate for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the first respondent may require three months time to dispose of the appeal.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
