PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Declaration, declaring the action of the 3rd 1/4

respondent in refusing and returning the petitioners leave application dated 06.11.2025 and leave extension application dated 10.11.2025 as illegal and arbitrary exercise of power and consequently to direct the respondents, in particular, the 3rd and 4th respondents to receive his leave application with acknowledgement and to sanction medical leave to him with salary for the period from 06.11.2025 to 12.11.2025 based on his leave applications dated 06.11.2025 and 10.11.2025 within a time may be frame fixed by this Court.

The petitioner with a grievance that his medical leave application has been rejected by the respondents has filed this writ petition. 2.When this writ petition has been taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the respondents by referring to the proceedings dated 20.12.2025 submits that the petitioner's medical leave has been approved and his period of absence has been regularised. 2/4

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
