This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to initiate appropriate action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 12.12.2020, before the second respondent.

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, submitted that on receipt of the same, the second respondent has registered the complaint in Crime No.40 of 2022 on 06.02.2022 and it is pending for investigation.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
