ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the second respondent to receive the petitioner's sale deed dated 28.08.2024 in respect of the property in S.No.99/3A1A1B, in Leepuram Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District to an extent of 6 cents and proceed the same in accordance with law.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, on production of the sale deed by the petitioner for registration, the second respondent is directed to receive the petitioner's sale deed dated 28.08.2024 and register the same and release the document, if it is otherwise in order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
