Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly from 11.12.2016 onwards and the investigation is almost over in this case.

3. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
