Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to suspend the order of conviction and sentence of simple imprisonment for a period of 6 months imposed on the petitioner herein by the Judgment made in STC.No.719 of 2016 dated 12.03.2019, on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1,Fast Track Court, Madurai which was confirmed in Crl.A.No.56 of 2019 dated 30.09.2020 on the file of the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision Case.

Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 2095/ 2021 :

To exempt the petitioner to surrender in connection with the sentence passed by the learned the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Fast Track Court at Madurai in S.T.C.No.719 of 2016 dated 12.03.2019, confirmed by the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.A.No.56 of 2019 dated 30.11.2019, pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision Case. Prayer in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.193 of 2021:

To call for the entire records pertaining to the Judgment made in Crl.A.No.56 of 2019 dated 30.11.2020 on the file of the Learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, confirming the Judgment and made in STC.No.719 of 2016 dated 12.03.2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, (FTC level), Madurai and to set-aside the same by allowing this CRL.R.C.
