ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to transfer the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2022 on the file of the CCD-III to the second respondent to some other independent Police Officer not below the rank of DSP.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.6 of 2022 on 03.03.2022 and that the same is pending for investigation. He would further submit that the investigation done by the third respondent in all the cases are pending before the CCD-III and the Additional Superintendent of Police is monitoring the cases.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 07.02.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No das 2/4
