RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.24037 of 2016 dated 14.02.2017 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KUMRAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.V.RAJARAJAN Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
