RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.24033 of 2016 dated 14.02.2017 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KUMRAVEL, Advocate for the petitioners and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (criminal side), on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the above said submission, the condition imposed

on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. This petition is, accordingly ordered.
