NO.6 of 2017 on the file of the Learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge (PCR Court) Thanjavur, dated 17.12.2018 till the disposal of the pending appeal in CRL A(MD) No.287 of and release the Petitioner/Appellant/Accused No.1 on bail and thus render justice. CRL MP(MD) No.1566 of 2020 Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Thanjavur, dated 17.12.2018, till the disposal of the appeal and release the petitioner/appellant/A1 on bail.
2.From the materials available on record, it is seen that the petitioner has already filed Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5984 of 2019 in Crl.A. (MD)No.287 of 2019, seeking for suspension of sentence and this Court in Paragraph No.5 of the order dated 17.07.2019, has deeply considered the prayer for suspension of sentence and dismissed the said petition. Thereafter, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner for the very same relief. Now, this Court is not able to find out any subsequent event. Hence, this Petition is dismissed.
