amount with entire accrued interest and to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the entire accrued interest and also cost lying in the credit orf M.C.O.P.No.59 of 2016, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum III Additional Sub-Court, Trichy. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
