This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 38 days in filing a Civil Revision Petition against the order passed by the Executing Court in E.P.No.105 of 2019 in O.S.No.984 of 1993 dated 19.08.2025. Notice was ordered by this Court in the Civil Miscellaneous Petition on 05.02.2026.

2.Mr.S.Muthukrishnan has entered appearance for the sole respondent. He has no objection to the delay being condoned. 3.I have gone through the affidavit and find that sufficient cause has been made out. Hence, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.

4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition forthwith. When the revision is listed for admission, Registry shall print the name of Mr.S.Muthukrishnan for the sole respondent.
