ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order passed by this Court and upon perusing the letter received from the Subordinate Judge, Melur under D.No.590 of 2021, dated 20.04.2021,this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.375 of 2015. 2.This Court has already allowed the Criminal Original Petition, by order dated 21.02.2020 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.375 of 2015, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of two months to dispose of the said case.
