ORDER

This quash petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in crime No.30 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police against the petitioners.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in crime No.30 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police has been completed and laid charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram, which was taken cognizance in C.C.No.175 of 2014 and hence, the prayer sought by the petitioners has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
