ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody since 05.04.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406 and 506(i) of IPC Crime No. 7 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the marriage between the first accused and the defacto complainant was solemnized during the year 2013 and thereafter the petitioner along with others started demanding more dowry and harassed her. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would also submit that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the defacto complainant. 4.Mrs.S.Bharathai, learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) takes notice for the respondent. She would also submit that the petitioner herein along with other harassed the defacto complainant demanding more dowry and objected for grant of bail.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the period of incarceration and also considering the fact that there is no serious allegations against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders. sd/- 08/05/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
