This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to instruct the third respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by fourth respondent petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.89 of 2020 and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

CRL.O.P (MD) No.2303 of 2020 the third respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
