M/S.P.VIJAYA RAGHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions, and Mrs.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate, in all the petitions, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present and he is not pressing the relief in respect of the 2nd petitioner herein. The counsel for the petitioners states that the Police is unnecessarily harassing the first petitioner and kept him in Police Station and ill-treated and tortured. However, he is appearing before the Police Station for compliance of condition.
2.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that charge-sheet was laid in Cr.No.33 of 2016 and it is pending in P.R.C.No.23 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Madurai, in Cr.No.61 of 2016, charge-sheet was laid in P.R.C.No.56 of 2016 and it is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Madurai and in Cr.No.74 of 2016, chargesheet was laid in P.R.C.No.26 of 2016 and it is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.5, Madurai. 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to appear before the concerned Court at 10.30 a.m in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.11194 of 2016 ; at 05.30 p.m in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.11195 of 2016 and at 02.00 p.m in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.11196 of 2016, until further orders. 4.
Accordingly, these petitions are dismissed as not pressed in respect of the second petitioner. In respect of the first petitioner, the conditions already imposed on him in Crl.O.P.(MD).
