O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to remove petitioner's name from the History Sheet No.4/2019 on the file of the 3rd respondent by considering the representation, dated 05.12.2024. 2.According to the petitioner, a false case has been foisted against the petitioner, thereby, the third respondent initiated a history sheet against the petitioner and the same is pending. The petitioner has sent a representation on 05.12.2024 to remove the same, but the same has not been considered. Moreover, the petitioner has already filed writ petitions in W.P(MD) No.20388 of 2022 and 22611 of 2024 before this Court for the same relief and the same were disposed of. Inspite of that the third respondent has not considered the representation of the petitioner. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has so many previous cases, therefore, in order to watch his movement they opened a history sheet and the same is pending in HS No.4/2019. However, they will consider the petitioner's representation, dated 05.12.2024 and take 2/5

appropriate decision within a period of 15 days. 4.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider the representation of the petitioner and the same is pending with the first respondent, this Court hereby direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.12.2024 and take appropriate decision within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law. The result of the enquiry has to be communicated to the petitioner.

5.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
