RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl O.P.No.19241 of 2016 dated 05.10.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.Prabha, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., on the 1st Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. In addition to the above, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
