RESPONDENTS / RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent the time limit granted to my husband Johnson @ John (CT 3768) for three weeks to surrender before the 2nd respondent as per order of this Honble Court on 20.12.2017 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.RAMU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.ANAND, Advocate for R1, R2, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit granted to the petitioner's husband Johnson @ John (CT 3768) for three weeks to surrender before the second respondent as per the order of this Court dated 20.12.2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said Johnson @ John taken on custody by the Second respondent on 03.01.2018.

3. Considering the above said submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. The Second respondent is directed to transmit the petitioner's husband to the Rajaji Government Hospital, Madurai, for better treatment as per the recommendation of the medical team.
