Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling the entire records related to the demand notice HDB/Legal/SAR/3644506/Nov/300/2021, dated 29.11.2021, u/s.13(2) of SARFAESI Act, 2002 issued by the respondents to the petitioner loan account No.3644506 dated 29.11.2021 and quash the same and direct the respondent to have a discussion with the petitioner to settle the loan amount through One Time Settlement and fix a time frame to settle the total loan amount in one time.
