JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant and respondent submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and a joint compromise memo has also been entered into between them. They have also produced a Joint Compromise Memo duly signed by the parties.

In view of the same, the second appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise memo. The compromise memo shall form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
