RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.7632/2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.385/2019, dated 29.08.2019 or modify the same so as to enable the petitioner to appear before the trial court through his counsel. Prayer in CRL A(MD). 385/ 2019 :

Pleased to set aside the judgment and conviction dated 20.08.2019 by the Spl.Court for Trial of PC Act Cases, Madurai in Spl.C.No.43 of 2011.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARAVANAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.7632 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD) No.385 of 2019, dated 29.08.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aged about 81 years, and he has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.7632 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD) No.385 of 2019, dated 29.08.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2309 of 2022 3.Considering the age of the petitioner the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.7632 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD) No.385 of 2019, dated 29.08.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in two months at 10.30.a.m. until further orders and other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
