RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order of stay of all the further proceedings in M.C.NO. 69 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur till the disposal of the above Revision Petition.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.JOHN VINCENT, Advocate for the petitioner and Respondents not appeared in person or by an Advocate while admitting the Crl.R.C. the court made the following order:- I have heard the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is submitted that the wife has not pressed the claim of maintenance before the trial Court and the trial Court alone has ordered maintenance for the daughter of the first respondent herein.

3. Considering the above fact and also the reasons assigned by the trial Court, there shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of arrears of maintenance amount, as on date, as ordered by the trial Court, to the credit of M.C.No.69 of 2015, on the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the interim stay granted shall stand vacated without any further reference to this Court.
