ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.867 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 23.09.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w.

20(b) (ii) (B) of NDPS Act and hence, seeks bail.

2. According to the prosecution that the petitioner was found in possession of 5.100 kgs. of ganja.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody from 23.09.2015.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the the petitioner is having two previous cases.

5. Considering the facts, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional

District Judge of Principal Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders.
