ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and other executives of L & T Company under the guise enquiry based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent herein.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 17.03.2021. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
