ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.110 of 2017 and to file charge sheet in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report before the jurisdictional Court on 25.01.2023 through E-filing No.CC543/2023.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
