Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents and in more particularly to direct the 3rd respondent to permit the petitioner to rejoin and pursue his B.Tech course from 6th semester onwards till completion of 8th semester. ORDER

The petitioner is before this Court, seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to permit the petitioner to rejoin and pursue the B.Tech course from the 6th semester onwards, till the completion of the 8th semester.

2. This Court, vide order dated 26.02.2026, had directed the third respondent to forward the application to the first respondent, and as a special case, the first respondent was directed to consider the said application and pass orders forthwith.

3. In light of the interim direction issued by this Court, the third respondent has permitted the petitioner to rejoin the 6th semester of 2/4

the B.Tech course, and the petitioner is currently pursuing the 6th semester.

4. In view of the above, nothing remains for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
