ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 and A2, in Crime No.600 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.10.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 24(A) (d) of TNP Act r/w Section 272 and 420 of I.P.C., and hence, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that A1 and A2 were working as a salesman in the TASMAC shop and on 29.09.2015 the accused were mixing water in the liquor bottles and sold to the customers. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners have one previous case.

5.However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on their bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
