RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners on 01.02.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.910 of 2017 while granting them anticipatory bail. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R. ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioners and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (criminal side), on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 19.02.2017.
