By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2. This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to take action on the first respondent's proceedings in Na.Ka.No.G2/3331/36179/2019 dated 29.08.2019 and pass further orders.

3. Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions would contend that the second respondent has not sofar received any communication from the first respondent. However, he would contend that the matter would be disposed of by the second respondent immediately after the receipt of the same.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.2895 of 2021 consider and pass appropriate order in the first respondent's proceedings in Na.Ka.No.G2/3331/36179/2019 dated 29.08.2019 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.

5. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
