ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who is arrayed as A1, in Crime No.560 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.09.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 387, 307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2.According to the de-facto complainant, on 28.09.2015 at 08.00 a.m., the accused have demanded money from the de-facto complainant for consuming liquor, when it was refused, he snatched Rs.500/- at knife point.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is studying M.B.A at G.R.D College of Arts and Science in Coimbatore and due to previous enmity, he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is having one previous case for the offence under Section 307 of I.P.C.

5.However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on

bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District daily at 10.00 a.m, until further orders.
