months time to dispose the case, and this Court made the following order: Today, this matter is listed under the caption "For Extension of time".

It is evident from the records that this Court vide order dated 06.07.2023 has directed the trial Court, to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.46 of 2019 within a period of six months from the the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Though the III Additional District & Sessions Judge (PCR), Madurai (FAC) has submitted a letter dated 16.04.2024 belatedly and sought two months further time for disposal of the said case, thereafter, she has submitted another letter dated 31.05.2024 stating that the said case has been disposed of on 20.05.2024. 3.In view of the above fact, no order is necessary.
