The petitioner applied to this Court seeking Anticipatory bail. While granting Anticipatory Bail, this Court had directed the petitioner to apologise to the respondent. This was purely in the interest of justice and was not intended to prejudice the petitioner's defence in any other proceedings.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the contemnor has filed a statement stating that the contemnor had already taken steps for removal of the apology letter from the typed set of papers. Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed. Once again, I make it clear that the respondent cannot make use of the apology letter given by the petitioner as it was given only pursuant to the courts direction.
