ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.68 of 2020 of Vikkaramangalam Police Station.

2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and would submit that the investigation in Crime No.68 of 2020 of Vikkaramangalam police station is almost completed and sought two weeks time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet as the case may be in Crime No.68 of 2020 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
