ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to take action on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.01.2026 and 20.01.2026 and carryout the investigation in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is pending before the first respondent for consideration.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the claim made by the petitioner direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 02.01.2026 and 20.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the enquiry.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
