ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

2.The interim order passed by the first respondent herein granting stay of the suspension order is under challenged in this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent was reinstated, subsequent to the order passed in the impugned order. Disciplinary proceeding was initiated against him punishment of treating the period of suspension, as leave has also been imposed. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition.

4.In view of the above said fact, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
