No. 297 of 2014 on the file of the Mahila Judge, Thanjavur and quash the same.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the letter of the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Thanjavur, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.297 of 2014. 2.This Court, by an order dated 24.09.2019, directed the Court below to dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, the Trial Court had sent a letters dated 01.02.2020 and 07.11.2020, for extension of time and the extension of time was granted for a further period of five months.

3.Now the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, (FASt Track Mahila Court), Thanjavur, has sent another letter dated 01.04.2021 requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in S.C.No.297 of 2014.

4.Perused.

5.The reasons stated in the letter dated 01.04.2021 are accepted and considering the prevailing Covid-19 situation, a further period of three months time is granted, to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
