ORDER

It is the petition filed seeking direction to the first respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.09.2015. 2.The sum and substance of the complaint is that the Central Government has promulgated a scheme called 'Indira Ninaivu Kudiyiruppu' in all over the village panchayat. The object of the said scheme is to provide residential house to the very poor people i.e. who are living below the poverty line.

3.It is the allegation that the Panchayat President along with her husband and some other middle persons have become beneficiaries under the scheme and that none of the beneficiaries, who were identified, are not below the poverty line. It is also alleged that even though the petitioner is an eligible person to get the allotment, no allotment has been made in favour of the petitioner. This complaint is stated to be given to both the respondents, but still no action has been taken. 4.On taking notice, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) would submit that the petition is already under enquiry. If the enquriy discloses any commission of cognizable offence, the dictum laid down in the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)], will be followed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
