PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory bail in Cr.No.77/2019 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 174 Cr.P.C @ 304(ii) of IPC, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that after investigation, ' Further Action has been dropped' and to that effect report has also been filed before the Executive Magistrate (Tahsildhar) Lalgudi on 06.06.2019. She has also produced the Xerox copy of the said final report.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this petition is dismissed.
